6 jours de Trek facile et accessible ponctué de méditations pour un Ressourcement de tous vos corps…et véritable Retraite de 6 journées faites de méditations, soins avec bols tibétains, soins Bien Etre, Yoga ! 
Pour un nettoyage et une renaissance de notre corps en accord avec notre Esprit, mental et émotionnel.
Pour mettre définitivement de l’ordre dans ce nouveau cycle Universel qui démarre en 2017. ET nous permettre d’accueillir avec plus de facilité le divin, la nature, l’univers en nous.
Aucun pré requis de méditation ou de yoga. Justement l’accès à différentes techniques de Yoga et de méditation données par des spécialistes dans un cadre adapté et ressourçant.
Marches faciles de 3 à 6h par jour.

Kathmandu – Pokhara – Panchassee Yoga Trek – Kathmandu 

DETAILED ITINERARY

Day 1 – Kathmandu to Pokhara (ARRIVE LA VEILLE)
7:00am tourist coach transfer to Pokhara (7 hr drive, lunch included)
Trek briefing and preparation in the afternoon
Overnight at Hotel Third Pole in Lakeside (B&B)

Day 2 Pokhara – Khade – Bhadaure 1,700m/5,580ft – 45 min drive, 3hr trek
We start our trek after a 40min drive from Pokhara. Easy day’s walk – initially through a forest and later through an open area crossing through farmlands and small villages. Overlooking Pokhara Valley from above and green hills. Annapurna South & Fish Tail. Overnight in a small village of Bhadaure in a teahouse. From the teahouse we can see the whole wide Annapurna mountain range in good weather.

Day 3 Bhadaure – Bhanjyang 2,050m/6,725ft – 4.5hr trek
Today we walk mostly through dense forest of rhododendron, oak and pine. Occasional mountain views peek through the trees and we also get panoramic views over Pokhara Valley. Just before we reach our destination, we pass by two tiny lakes in the forest. The trail is gradual up and down, not steep. We arrive to Bhanjayang – the foot of Panchassee Hill (2500m) and we stay overnight at a simple teahouse. Bhanjyang features a stunning panorama of the whole Annapurna mountain range and we can enjoy a beautiful sunset and sunrise here with the mountain drop background.

Day 4 Bhanjyang – Panchassee 2,500m/8,200ft – Bahanjyang – 2.5hr trek, optional 3hr trek
We start with early wake up and climb to the top of Panchassee view point 2,500m/8,200ft to witness the sunrise over the mountain panorama. We visit a local temple, some ancient ruins and a small meditation cave where Siddha Baba, who is known to become enlightened there, used to meditate. We will have our breakfast at the top and come back down to Bhanjyang. There is an optional 3hr walk through a forest to the holy Panchassee lake, where an annual festival takes place with 50,000 devotees. We spend the rest of the day relaxing in Bahanjyang and overnight in the same teahouse.

Day 5 Bhanjyang – Pumdi Bhumdi 1,450m/4,755ft – 6hr trek
Today we have a longer walk as we descend all the way to Pumdi Bhumdi. The trail is narrow and wild and it leads through a dense forest until we reach the camping ground, where we will have packed lunch. This is a large open area, a clearing surrounded by tall trees and we can see Annapurna South from here. We follow the forest path for another couple of hours and we finally reach an open stone-steps trail, which leads us to Pumdi Bhumdi village. Here we stay in a simple teahouse surrounded by terraced fields and we still have good mountain views from here, this time from a different angle and here we get to see Annapurna III for the first time on this trek.

Day 6 Pumdi Bhumdi – Shanti Stupa – Pokhara – 4.5hr trek
Last day presents a gentle walk through a wide and easy trail, following a local path leading through many small villages and farmlands. As we approach Shanti Stupa (Peace Pagoda), we begin to see a wide panorama of Pokhara Valley with Fewa Lake. We have lunch at Shanti Stupa and then we follow a forest trail leading down to the lake. We cross the lake by boat and transfer to your accommodation. Overnight in Pokhara.

Day 7 Pokhara & Yoga Retreat
Morning at leisure in Lakeside 
3pm check into the retreat center

Day 8 to Day 13 Retreat / Méditations et rythme à suivre comme on le souhaite…

Time to rest and relax in our garden, read, explore the area, journal, meditate, self-practice, nap or swim in the nearby outdoor pool etc.

Chanting of mantras and kirtan

5:30pm Evening Yoga
Dynamic Hatha with elements of Flow, Power, Ashtanga and Vinyasa
6:30pm Yoga Nidra
Guided relaxation and visualisation

8:00pm Silent Meditation
We end the day with silence – in a candle-lit yoga hall, with Buddha and powerful Mahamitreonjaya Mantra
9:00pm Retire

Day 14 – Pokhara to Kathmandu 
7:30am tourist coach transfer to Kathmandu (7 hr, lunch included)
